Pallet Jacks

60 products
Pallet jacks have forks that slide underneath or into openings on pallets, skids, and containers, and they have a hydraulic pump that lifts the loaded forks. Also known as pallet trucks, pallet pumps, and pump trucks, these wheeled vehicles are used to lift and move heavy loads in warehouses, loading docks, manufacturing plants, and other industrial settings. Pallet jacks require less maintenance and can maneuver more easily in tight spaces than forklifts. Manual pallet jacks are completely operated by hand and require less maintenance than fully powered and partially powered pallet jacks. Manual-lift/powered-drive pallet jacks and powered pallet jacks are fully or partially powered by an electric motor and take less physical effort to operate than manual pallet jacks. Unless noted otherwise, pallet jacks are for use on firm, level surfaces because they may roll back if used on inclines.

Adjustable-Width Manual Pallet Jacks

Adjustable-Width Manual Pallet Jacks
Adjustable-width manual pallet jacks allow operators to change the width across the pallet jacks' forks so they can enter openings on pallets of different sizes. They are suitable for applications where one pallet jack will be used to move various sizes of pallets.

Weigh-&-Go Manual Pallet Jacks

Weigh-&-Go Manual Pallet Jacks
Weigh-and-go manual pallet jacks have built-in scales for weighing loads that are placed on the pallet jacks' forks. Also known as scale jacks, weigh-and-go pallet jacks save time by allowing loads to be moved and weighed without having to transfer the loads from the pallet jacks' forks to a floor scale. The scales have a digital display that allows weight readings to be seen at a glance.

Multidirectional Manual Pallet Jacks

Multidirectional Manual Pallet Jacks
Multidirectional manual pallet jacks can roll forward and back when their forks are lifted within a certain height range, and they can roll side to side when their forks are lifted to their full height. Also called dual-direction pallet jacks, these pallet jacks provide more control when operators are maneuvering them close to walls or other obstructions in trailers, docks, storage and staging areas, and other tight spaces.

Quiet-Operation Manual Pallet Jacks

Quiet-Operation Manual Pallet Jacks
These manual pallet jacks use sound-deadening materials, quiet-roll wheels and load rollers, and specially designed bushings in the pump assembly to limit the noise that is created by the pallet jacks to less than 60dB. They are used in areas where noise levels must be strictly controlled to avoid disturbing or harming patients, customers, or workers, such as retail stores, grocery stores, hospitals, medical facilities, warehouses, and industrial facilities.

Start-Assist Manual Pallet Jacks

Start-Assist Manual Pallet Jacks
Start-assist manual pallet jacks use their hydraulic pump to propel the pallet jacks forward as they start moving. This reduces the physical effort it takes to start the pallet jacks moving when they're loaded, which helps reduce the risk of operator strain and injury. A handgrip on the handle controls the direction that the pallet jacks travel as they start moving.

Corrosion-Resistant Manual Pallet Jacks

Corrosion-Resistant Manual Pallet Jacks
Corrosion-resistant manual pallet jacks are made from materials that resist rusting and corrosion when used in areas where the pallet jacks will be exposed to moisture, cleaning chemicals, and certain other corrosive materials.

Load-Control Manual Pallet Jacks with Brake

Load-Control Manual Pallet Jacks with Brake
Load-control manual pallet jacks have a hand brake that can be engaged to stop the pallet jacks from moving. The brake can be used to control the movement of the pallet jacks when they're carrying heavy loads on inclined surfaces such as sloped floors or ramps.

Load-Retaining Manual Pallet Jacks

Load-Retaining Manual Pallet Jacks
Load-retaining manual pallet jacks have steel back supports attached to their frame that stabilize boxes, crates, totes, and other stacked materials loaded on the pallet jacks and prevent them from shifting as the pallet jacks move. These pallet jacks are also known as box-guard pallet jacks.

Roll-&-Reel Manual Pallet Jacks

Roll-&-Reel Manual Pallet Jacks
Roll-and-reel manual pallet jacks have triangular forks that slant down toward their inside edge. This allows heavy rolled or spooled goods to be securely loaded and carried on the forks. Also known as coil pallet jacks, roll-and-reel pallet jacks are used for moving rolls or coils of materials such as paper, sheet metal, and wire.

Low-Profile Manual Pallet Jacks

Low-Profile Manual Pallet Jacks
Low-profile manual pallet jacks have a lower fork height than other styles of pallet jacks, typically 2" or less. Also called lowboy pallet jacks, they can enter very low openings on pallets. Low-profile pallet jacks with a 33" fork width are sometimes called four-way pallet jacks because they can fit into standard openings on the front and back of the pallets as well as low-entry cutouts on the pallets' side stringers, allowing them to enter pallets from all four sides.

All-Terrain Adjustable-Width Manual Pallet Jacks

All-Terrain Adjustable-Width Manual Pallet Jacks
All-terrain adjustable-width manual pallet jacks have large pneumatic tires, tubular steel frames, and outriggers that absorb shock and impact and keep the pallet jacks stable as they roll over rough terrain or uneven floors. These pallet jacks are used in outdoor areas such as freight yards, construction sites, excavation sites, agricultural operations, and nurseries. The width across the pallet jacks' forks can be adjusted to allow the forks to enter openings on pallets of different sizes, making these pallet jacks suitable for use in applications where various sizes of pallets must be moved.

Manual-Lift/Powered-Drive Pallet Jacks

Manual-Lift/Powered-Drive Pallet Jacks
Manual-lift/powered-drive pallet jacks are propelled by an electric motor, which reduces the physical effort it takes to move loaded pallet jacks over long distances or up inclined surfaces such as sloped floors or ramps. The pallet jacks' handle must be manually operated to raise, lower, or hold their forks. Also known as semi-electric pallet jacks, these pallet jacks typically weigh less and are more compact than fully powered pallet jacks, which makes them easier to maneuver in narrow aisles, freight elevators, trailers, and other tight spaces. The pallet jacks' motor is powered by a rechargeable battery. Drive controls and a battery-charge indicator are located on the tiller handle for quick access.

Manual Pallet Jacks with Foot Pump for Confined Spaces

Manual Pallet Jacks with Foot Pump for Confined Spaces
These manual pallet jacks have a foot pump that controls their hydraulic pump to raise, hold, or lower their forks. This helps when controlling the pallet jacks' forks in crowded docks, manufacturing floors, narrow aisles, trailers, and other tight areas where there is not enough room to fully pull back the handle on a standard manual pallet jacks to operate the jacks' hydraulic pump.

Fast-Lift Manual Pallet Jacks

Fast-Lift Manual Pallet Jacks
Fast-lift manual pallet jacks can raise empty stacks of pallets and other light loads faster than other types of manual pallet jacks, which increases efficiency when moving these items. Loads that are heavier than the pallet jacks' maximum fast-lift weight capacity are raised at a slower rate.

Powered Pallet Jacks

Powered Pallet Jacks
Powered pallet jacks have an electric motor that both propels the pallet jacks and raises and lowers their forks. This reduces the physical effort it takes to operate them and move them over long distances, and it allows them to travel on inclined surfaces such as sloped floors or ramps. Also known as electric pallet jacks and walkie pallet jacks, powered pallet jacks allow loads to be loaded, lifted, and moved over long distances more quickly than manual-lift/powered-drive pallet jacks. The motor is powered by a rechargeable battery.
