Order LookupConveyor Roller Bearings
Available1 product
Conveyor roller bearings press into the ends of conveyor rollers and allow the rollers to rotate smoothly on their axles during conveying tasks. When the bearings in conveyor rollers become worn or damaged, they can cause the roller to seize up, which can lead to conveyor downtime or malfunction. Replace worn or damaged conveyor roller bearings with new bearings to extend the life of the roller and avoid the cost of replacing the entire roller. Conveyor roller bearings can also be used to upgrade the bearings in a conveyor roller in order to optimize the roller's performance in specific environments or applications.
Bearing Material
Corrosion-Resistant General Purpose Conveyor Roller Bearings
Corrosion-resistant general purpose conveyor roller bearings are made from stainless steel, which resists corrosion when exposed to water or chemicals. They are typically used on conveying equipment in wet environments or in areas where the equipment will be washed down frequently. Also known as unground, stamped, or commercial bearings, these general purpose bearings have loose tolerances and spin freely. Use them to replace bearings in rollers on unpowered (gravity-flow) conveyors where only a small amount of force will be supplied to start the rollers moving. Conveyor roller bearings press into the ends of conveyor rollers and allow the rollers to rotate smoothly on their axles during conveying tasks.
