Standard Multi-Ply Conveyor Belting

226 products
Standard multi-ply conveyor belting is used to replace a worn or damaged belt on a conveyor to prevent belt malfunction and conveyor downtime. It can also be used to upgrade an existing belt on a conveyor to a belt that is better suited for a specific environment or application. Multi-ply conveyor belting (also called flat belting) consists of an internal layer of strong woven fabric surrounded by top and bottom covers that protect the inner layer. Mechanical fasteners (also known as belt lacing) or non-mechanical endless splicing techniques are used to join the ends of the belt and form a loop when installing the replacement conveyor belt on a conveyor.

High-Grip Multi-Ply Conveyor Belting

High-Grip Multi-Ply Conveyor Belting
The top surface of this multi-ply conveyor belting is textured or coated with a grippy material to increase friction between the belt's surface and the items being conveyed on it. This prevents items from sliding on the conveyor belt as they're being conveyed. High-grip belting is commonly used to move items up an incline or keep items from sliding side to side on the conveyor. This belting is sold in pre-cut or cut-to-length sizes. Cut-to-length belting is ordered by the foot, and the smallest size that can be ordered is 15 ft.

Heavy-Duty Multi-Ply Conveyor Belting

Heavy-Duty Multi-Ply Conveyor Belting
Heavy-duty multi-ply conveyor belting typically needs to be replaced less often than light-duty multi-ply conveyor belting. It is made of reinforced materials that withstand demanding conveying applications where the belt will be moving heavy loads and will be in continuous use. This belting is sold in pre-cut or cut-to-length sizes. Cut-to-length belting is ordered by the foot, and the smallest size that can be ordered is 15 ft.
Note: Product availability is real-time basis and adjusted continuously. The product will be reserved for you when you complete your order.
