Coolant nozzles mount onto the coolant tank of a CNC machine to dispense coolant onto a workpiece or tool in a controlled manner. Coolant reduces heat and friction between the workpiece and tool as the tool moves into or against the workpiece. It also helps remove chips and suppress dust during the machining process. The nozzle's opening diameter and pressure rating determine the speed and force at which the coolant stream is dispensed.
