LED rope and tape lights supply a strip of light for long runs and decorative trims in accent lighting applications. They highlight architectural features, add cove lighting along ledges and recesses, and mark the edges of walkways. Their integrated LEDs have a long life and use minimal energy to reduce operating costs. Rope and tape lights can be cut to length at marked cutting points along the strip. (Note: Cutting the lights revokes their UL rating.)

Rope Lights with Clear Jackets
The clear jacket of these rope lights keeps their LED diodes visible when the lights are off. They are used in applications where the lights are concealed. Rope lights have a tube housing that flexes to conform to slight curves and contours. The light they produce is typically more focused than the light from tape lights.
