Radiator actuators for hot water and steam systems reduce energy consumption and keep the room, unit, or zone being heated at a comfortable temperature. They're used with radiators, convectors, and baseboard heating units to continually monitor and adjust the ambient air temperature. The actuators adjust the flow of water into the heating unit, which adjusts the heat output. Valve bodies are required for new installations.
