- Semitubular rivets can be set either tight or loose, depending upon application. Each features a hole in the end of the rivet that draws together the materials being joined. Use to fasten soft or hard materials. They join materials without swelling to help prevent damage.
- Full tubular rivets can help fasten soft or hard materials together without swelling. They allow the materials to join without damage.
- Truss-Head Split Rivets are ideal for fastening soft materials. Each features 2 legs that pierce the materials and fold over to fasten. Specialty T-Rivets feature a permanently retained mandrel that is captured in the rivet to provide higher clamp-up and shear strength. They also feature a wide backside bearing surface that reduces rivet pullout. They are excellent for high-vibration applications.
