Eye Bolts

88 products

Eye bolts have a shank for anchoring to structures or equipment and a ring (or loop) at the top for attaching rope, hooks, or other hardware. They're used as anchor eye bolts for routing or tying down wire and cable. Machinery or lifting eye bolts are rated for vertical or angular lifting up to their specified capacity.

Machinery Eye Bolts With Shoulder

Machinery Eye Bolts With Shoulder

Machinery eye bolts with shoulders are fully threaded bolts that are suitable for lifting angular loads up to 45 degrees. Lifting angular loads, however, will diminish the eye bolt capacity. Heavy forged eye bolts with a continuous eye may be forged with an integrated shoulder, allowing them to lift heavy off-center loads. They can be used as a connection point for rigging, anchoring, pulling, pushing, or hoisting objects, depending on their size and metallic composition. These eye bolts come in a plain steel finish for use in dry environments or zinc-plated finish for corrosion resistance in wet environments. They may also be hot dipped galvanized for extra corrosion resistance and strength. These eye bolts are also sold in 304 and 316 stainless steel materials. 304 stainless steel is chemical resistant, 316 stainless steel is the most chemical resistant.

Routing Eye Bolts

Routing Eye Bolts
Routing eye bolts hold wire rope, cable, or other light-duty applications. They are not meant for lifting or rigging. These eye bolts come in a black oxide finish, which is corrosion resistant in dry environments, or may be zinc-plated for corrosion resistance in wet environments. These eye bolts also are available in 304 and 316 stainless steel. 304 stainless steel is chemical resistant, 316 stainless steel is the most chemical resistant.

Eye Wood Screw

Eye Wood Screw
Also known as screw eyes, eye wood screws have a sharp point to mount directly into wood. They should not be used for lifting purposes. Zinc-plated steel eyebolts offer good corrosion resistance in wet environments. Brass and 300 series stainless steel eye bolts are more corrosion resistant than zinc-plated steel.
