57 products
UL Class G fuses protect against overcurrent in lighting or heating equipment, appliances, and other nondemanding applications. Their rejection feature ensures that each Class G fuse size will only fit its matching Class G fuse block or holder to prevent the wrong size fuse from being installed. They are not interchangeable with any other UL fuse class. These fuses have an interrupting rating (IR) of 100kA and a 13/32" diameter with a length ranging from 15/16" to 2-1/4" (depending on the amperage). They are current-limiting to prevent electrical damage by disconnecting circuits before they're exposed to the full magnitude and duration of an overcurrent.
Time-Delay UL Class G Fuses, Nonindicating
Time-delay, nonindicating UL Class G fuses tolerate temporary inrush currents without opening, which prevents nuisance-blowing from motor and equipment startups. Also called slow-blow Class G fuses, they open to disconnect an electrical circuit when exposed to sustained loads and short circuits. They have no indicator for identifying a blown fuse, so they're sometimes used with an indicating fuse block or cover.

Fast-Acting UL Class G Fuses, Nonindicating
Fast-acting, nonindicating UL Class G fuses open within seconds of being exposed to overloads and short circuits. Also called fast-blow Class G fuses, they are highly sensitive to changes in current flow and don't tolerate temporary overload currents or power surges. They have no indicator for identifying a blown fuse, so they're sometimes used with an indicating fuse block or cover.
