Compression lugs and connectors make permanent connections with high-voltage or heavy gauge conductors using die components and hydraulic crimping tools to connect cables to circuit points. Compression lugs have mounting holes that fasten to bolts, studs, and rod-shaped connection points. Butt splice compression connectors attach cables end-to-end to make in-line connections. C-tap compression connectors join parallel-running cables to continue, terminate, or extend connections. Compression adapters install on the end of cables to increase their conductivity reliability and enable them to easily plug in and out of terminal blocks and other receptacle-type devices.
