Standard nuts are appropriate for general purpose applications. They place and secure fittings, electrical panels, junction boxes, or piping clamps within channels. They fit over the side of the channel edge and are tightened down with a bolt to lock into place. Their serrated grooves securely grip the lip of the strut channel.
