Why does it say on the can not to use TSP?? Since i have already used it what should i do before painting ??

Answer: 
According to the manufacturer, TSP may leave a residue that will prevent proper adhesion if the surface is not rinsed thoroughly. Their recommendation is that this product can still be used if you rinse the surface thoroughly ensuring no residue has been left behind.
