I bought a new kit and reapplied another two coats and the same thing happened.
Rust-Oleum rep stated I should strip the entire tub before I try to refinish the tub again. She recommended I use Zinsser Power Stipper (model #42154).
Your thoughts? Would you recommend 1 qt or should I purchase a larger volume?
