Answer:
Grainger part number 1JYT9 will need an A/C power source to provide power to charge and “jump” batteries. This unit will require a 120 A/C volt supply. Grainger offers several “booster” jump units that are capable of providing power once the internal battery is charged. For example, Grainger part number 5URF6 will be a portable 250 cold crank amp jump start unit. Grainger part number 6RKW4 is a very heavy duty version; with 1400 cranking amps for 12 volt and 800 cranking amps for 24 volt systems. This is a wheeled jump/start unit, and has an internal power source. Please consider calling Grainger for many more options. The phone number is 1-800-323-0620.
