Rated 4.5 out of 5 by 2reviewers.
Rated 5 out of 5 by This tool chest has been a perfect fit for what I need. It's amazing how much I can get in there and yet it is compact enough to pack in a small SUV with the rest of my gear. May 31, 2013
Rated 4 out of 5 by Solid tool chest with just a few issues I have been using this tool chest for several months now and it has worked very well for me. It is large enough on top to hold my cordless drill without the battery installed and all my technicians tools. It has just enough drawers for me to put tools, parts and meters. The drawer slides smooth and the whole case is quite durable. My only two issues are minor. It seems a little top heavy since it has tipped over twice in my truck ( that could be an issue with loading on my part). And you can sometimes close the lid and the drawer is not all the way closed allowing the drawers to slide open in transit. March 23, 2012

Answer:
to remove drawers you must fully extend the drawer in an open position, There is a tab on both sides of the rail that you push in on and the drawer should be able to pull out the rest of the way.
