Working Height

If the platform height is 15' wouldn't the working height be more like 18 or 19'

Answer: 
Grainger has contacted the product supplier and has been advised by them of the following: Grainger part number 4XP23 has a work platform height of 15 feet. Typically, the industry considers from that point, an additional 6 feet to calculate the work height. That would make an average work height of 21 feet. This can be influenced by the actual height of the individual using the platform.

Answer: 
The platform at 15 feet means the user would be standing at that height. Based on the user's height and reach, the approximate working height of 20 feet.

Answer: 
There is not an additional ladder to be used with the scaffolding towers. The end frames on the towers provide a built it space to climb the tower, either internally or externally.
