Rated 5 out of 5 by 1reviewer.
Rated 5 out of 5 by Great product WEG makes, in my opinion, the best motors on the market. They are one of the only motor manufacturers to offer a cast iron frame motor all the way down to the smaller frame sizes. Most motor companies only make cast iron frames after 10HP, but WEG makes them all the way down to 3/4HP. The cast iron frame makes for a much more durable motor and prevents the frame from twisting it heaving jogging and hard reversing applications. Another benefit is their excellent finish. The pain they use is very durable and resists temperature and moisture very well to inhibit rust. Great products and always my first choice in electric motors. March 23, 2012
