I purchased a Dayton Multi-stage pressure booster pump. The water supply pressure to our sterilizer was too low so the pump should correct. I want to make sure the pressure does not exceed 50 PSI after the pump. Is this the valve I should use?

    Answer:
You are correct; this valve will begin to open when the pressure reaches 45 psi (90% of the relief capacity) and will be full open if the line pressure reaches 50 psi.
