Rated 3 out of 5 by Won't flush mount in prior housing. No pig tails. Already had this radio in my boat. Pleased with everything. Broke off volume/power knob. Bought the same model hoping it would fit in flush mount of older unit. Not only did it not fit, but no pigtails with plugs. Older one had plugs for power, external speaker, GPS interface. This radio does not fit into the flush mount. I was able to put a large O ring around the unit and slide in flush against the old face plate. I drilled new holes to allow the radio attachment knobs to secure the unit. Because it doesn't slide in, the radio sticks out further than it should. Because the old slide in flush mount face plate required a bigger hole, if I used the current flush mount kit the radio will go thru the hole. I now have to go thru the trouble of rewiring the unit. Really disappointing. Had tried to contact customer service before buying the unit but got no response to emails. Phone system has been out for 2 weeks. Finally talked to a human being and was told they were in the process of moving into a new building and phones and internet is down. Don't buy this just to replace a older model. Doesn't match up. With all the trouble I've gone thru, I hope it holds up. June 12, 2013
