Rated 5 out of 5 by easy duster i am disabled and can't reach certain areas in my home. Especially my ceiling fans. I love the extension it helps me reach this. October 21, 2014
Rated 5 out of 5 by Duster Free! I would like to say that this product has made my life easier when it comes to cleaning those hard reach areas! Not only is it easy to use, it also retains the dust!I would strongly recommend! October 13, 2014
Rated 5 out of 5 by Best Duster I really love the Swiffer 360 Dusters. I have the original handle and the extender handle. But what I really need is this style of fluffy duster for floors. For example, a floor handle and longer dusters to fit across the bottom of this handle. Anything like that in the works? October 3, 2014
Rated 2 out of 5 by never again I purchased this item thinking it would cut back on dusting. Man was I wrong. I was cleaning my light fixtures on my ceiling fan and instead of collecting all the dust it just allowed it fall on my face and into my eyes. When I called to notify the company the representative hung up on me and never tried to reach me again. I do not like this product. I will go back to the old fashion way of dusting with a spray and cloth. September 30, 2014
Rated 3 out of 5 by 360 helper I have tried the Swiffer 360 Duster and I think it does a good job but I still feel like it doesn't get everything. When I used it in a very dusty area some of the dust was not caught by the Duster and I had to go back with a regular rag and completely clean the area. It does a great job in tighter places where it is hard to get your hand and a rag in. September 4, 2014
Rated 1 out of 5 by Meh I have purchased the Swiffer Duster a number of times now, and I have gotten the same result: the dust moves from one shelf to another. I have a black entertainment unit and when I swipe the top shelf it falls to the one below it. After dusting my shelf does not look clean, it looks like I completed the task of dusting a few days ago. August 24, 2014
Rated 5 out of 5 by Dusting away the dust I trult enjoy using the duster. Myt dust is picked up. My house looks like I spent all day dusting when I only spent maybe an 1 hour dusting. It is a Great Product. It when my arthriitis is acting and have trouble moving around. August 18, 2014
Rated 3 out of 5 by Good for ceiling fans, but not too impressed with how well it actually traps dust and hair. First, I will say the 360 duster is good for my ceiling fans, just for the simple fact I can reach them without using a ladder. However, I do feel that the duster really isn't too great at picking up dust and hair (which is the whole point of a duster), and makes it become airborne more than actually picking it up, no matter what surface I'm using it on. This also affects my allergies since I'm allergic to dust and is a contradiction of the claims made. When I use it, I can see dust and hair float into the air rather than actually being picked up by the fibers (though it does pick up some). After use I can also run my finger on the surface and pick up a little dust so I know it's not doing a great job.I did rate this product as being recommended, but only for the fact it's good for reaching ceiling fans without a ladder. As for actually trapping the dust I can't recommend it, but I have yet to find a duster that is good at that anyway.Unfortunately it seems that if I truly want to pick up dust I'll be stuck going back to a damp cloth, except for my ceiling fans. I have an air purifier so hopefully that picks up some of the dust that gets knocked down July 28, 2014
