Rated 1 out of 5 by Absolutely nothing wrong with the store but I cant say the same for this product. After installing the unit and turning it on and then listening to what sounds like a freight train going through my house I'm removing it and returning it. Installation was easy but something as simple as removing the front panel and having the circuit board fall apart tested our patience. The trouble shooting section on the instructions is a joke. If this is supposed to be one of the better tank less heaters I would hate to see one of lesser quality. March 19, 2014
