According to the manufacturer, X2 and X3 can be used as a neutral on the secondary to derive a 240v and 120v option from the secondary. The X2 and X3 connection can be grounded, but you will need to refer to the NEC and your local codes to make sure that ground connection meets with the grounding requirements and prevents any ground loops.
