It won't be exposed directly to elements, but it's enclosure will be in the sun all summer, >100 degrees, and outside all winter, <10 degrees.

Answer:
The manufacturer states two different operating temperature ranges for this contactor. To meet UL508 standards the "operating temperature range of the contactor is from 0 degrees C to 40 degrees C". This contactor also meets other standards, the resultant range is also listed as -40°F to 149°F.
