The replacement belt for this item is number 3X472. The larger flywheel is 4B253, and the pulley is item 45V066.

Grainger has contacted the product supplier and has been advised by them of the following:

This item has been designed to run off US voltages of 115/230 volts, which runs at 60 HZ. To operate properly at 50 HZ you may need a power converter to prevent electrical damage. Additionally, there will be an efficiency loss with operating this unit at 50 HZ, the manufacturer does not have an exact rating on what will be the loss, but estimates it to be roughly 20%.
