Rated 5 out of 5 by Quick to install, came with wall bracket if needed, it is METAL! Grainger always gets me back in business in short order. As one of the many small customers, I appreciate that I am still the business owner and maintenance man. I had several jobs lined up and air compressor was down, but within 2 days, I was back in business. June 19, 2012

Answer:
Grainger has contacted the product supplier and has been advised by them of the following:

This item will have one inlet for the high pressure and one outlet for the low pressure, and these are in addition to the gauge port. The regulator will have a flow arrow to determine the positioning for installation.

Answer:
Grainger has contacted the product supplier and has been advised by them of the following:

With a 100 PSI inlet, you will lose 15 PSI across the unit on a clean filter. If debris builds up, the loss will be greater.
