    What part or mechinisim controls the water hieght in the bowl after a flush and the water has settled. I am looking to lower the height by about 1.5 inches .. Is this possible ???

    Hello,
    That is a great question, the answer is It depends it will depend on the toilet type, If it is a commercal toilet with a "Sloan Flushometer" the bowl level is determined by the design of the trapway, if the toilet is a "Tank Type" you can adjust the tank level, by adjusting the Float valve taking care not to short flush the waste. If you have older commercial fixtures, the flush rate (IE) 3.5 Gallons per flush is determined by the fixture, using a lower Gallons per flush Flushometer will "short flush" and cause blockage and insufficent waste removal.
    So I to lower your water consumption at your facility, the posibility to make adjustments to a minimise water consumption might be a bit difficult.
