Rated 2 out of 5 by Great nozzle with quality made parts except the handle. The plastic handles break too easily so the nozzles are short lived. May 23, 2013

I use this for hot/cold water daily. I'm not sure if it is the city water leaving deposits or corrosion. I haven't been able to find a way contact the manufacturer.

Answer:
It is possible that you may be getting a mineral build up on the inside which could cause sticking. Additionally, you may wish to check the temperature of the hot water you are using. If it is above 180 degrees, it may be warping the seals on the inside of the unit. Please feel free to contact us at 1-800-GRAINGER and we can assist you with troubleshooting.
