Rated 5 out of 5 by Excellent product! We have used this for all types of concrete voids on runways, and it works great. The nice thing about this product is it can fill a hole in concrete without having to be saw-cut first. A hole that is a couple inches deep in the middle gradually tapering to the runway surface can be patched with this product. It can be troweled to a feather edge. The only thing I would suggest is to make the Part A available separately, since it is needed as a precoating for shallow holes and the edges of the hole. We have ended up purchasing entire kits when all we needed was more Part A. May 30, 2013

Answer:
Per information provided by the supplier:

New concrete must cure 28 days at 70°F (21°C) before repairs are made. Remove all dirt, grease, oil, salt or other contaminants by washing surface with 3599 Industrial Pure Strength®, Cleaner/Degreaser, commercial detergent or other suitable cleaner. Rinse thoroughly with fresh, clean water and allow to dry.Remove all loose, unsound, or deteriorated concrete. Abrasive blast or acid etch new or smooth concrete to create a uniform surface profile.
NOTE: The material, surface, and air temperatures should all be between 45-90°F (7-32°C) before mixing or installing TurboKrete High Performance Concrete Patch.
