Answer:
Per the manufacturer, you will remove the cover by using a coin or screwdriver on the side of the unit to pop it off. You can then replace the cover on the thermostat by snapping it into place. If you need further assistance, please contact us at 1-800-Grainger.

Answers

Answer:
To change the time:

1) Press and hold SET button while pressing PRO/MAN button. Release both buttons. The display will show 12:00 PM

NOTE: There is a 45 second programming default. If 45 seconds pass without inputting program information, the display will revert to the main menu. If this happens during programming, repeat step 1 and press SET as necessary to return to the last entry.

2) Press either the up or down CHANGE buttons to adjust the current time forward or backward. Note AM/PM indicator.

NOTE: Pressing either the up or down CHANGE button will change the time by 1 minute. Holding the button down will scroll the time in 10 minute increments.

3) Press SET button. The display will show the number "1". This represents the current day of the week. See table below.

1=Monday
2=Tuesday
3=Wednesday
4=Thursday
5=Friday
6=Saturday
7=Sunday

4) Press either up or down CHANGE button until the display shows the number which represents the current day of the week.

I have the RobertShaw 9620 thermostat where the OFF-HEAT-Cool etc. slide switch is sticking. Is there an exact replacement for this model in terms of the wiring? it's over 13 years old. I have seen some units where the blue wire is not used. I am not comfortable with leaving a wire hanging with no connection. This is the comon wire for 24v system. I like the touch screen models. Please provide a few options. Thanks.
