Rated 5 out of 5 by Great for getting through grease clogs in sewer lines In a local apartment complex had a hard time trying to penetrating a grease clog in an 1 1/2" line. bought the K-400 T2 drum machine and with some patience we finally penetrated the grease and freed the line. The key to the process was patience because the clog was over 6" long and was compacted extremely well because of the use of drain unclogging chemicals and plungers. January 12, 2016
Rated 5 out of 5 by Great product, easy to use, just wish it came with more attatchments for the money I had to spend on it. Great tool, easy to use. Should come with more attatchments for the money paid for it. January 11, 2016
Rated 5 out of 5 by I don't have the autofeed option This is a great little machine. My only pet peeve is sometimes the cable gets a bit stuck and you have to pull on it to get it out of the machine but this has happened many times with my old super v .I have also had to remove the front cover and take the cable out and then put the cable back into the machine.Still much lighter and easier to use than the Super V.I had one of those for years and let me tell you this machine is much easier on the hands.Overall it has a strong motor and is perfect for 1 1/2" drains January 8, 2016
Rated 5 out of 5 by This is a great and wonderful product and has great future. After a surgery in my body I didn't have the strength to use a flat snake, so I decided to buy the k 400. With a flat snake it took me about 4 hours to unblock the pipe I failed but with the k 400 it took me about 5 minutes to drain the pipe. And I am very happy with it. January 8, 2016
Rated 4 out of 5 by Missing auto feed. So far, so good, however you should include the auto feed;not charge as an extra. We did not want to pay extra for the auto feed, so we are so far doing with out it. January 6, 2016
Rated 5 out of 5 by Best small machine I have used. Getting called out after hours to unstop a sink drain, using a lesser model (and different brand machine) made the decision for me. It did not have the power, the cable was cheap and bent. I made the decision to purchase a brand I was familiar with. This machine is compact and easy to move around. It has the power to clear a drain line and has a good quality cable with it. I have over thirty years in the plumbing trade and will tell you, You will never go wrong or be disappointed with a Ridgid product. November 24, 2015

Rated 5 out of 5 by Does the job Our 2 in. pipe drain for the washing machine/kitchen sink was draining very slowly and backing up. For little more cost than calling a plumber out to come snake it, I purchased this machine so I'd be able to clear it out in the future as well. Feeding it manually took some elbow grease and two passes with the spiral bulb attachment about 40ft into the pipe to get the hair/grease clog out. Followed that up with a pass of the spade bit all the way through the pipe to clean it out and it's now running clear with no problems. All in all, it took a little over an hour. November 13, 2015
