I am looking to mount this fan assembly on top of a server cabinet to act as a back up cooling fan. My concern is will it be able to pull hot air out of the cabinet?

Answer: 
Grainger has contacted the product supplier and has been advised by them of the following.

This fan is designed for residential use. The manufacture does not offer CFM ratings per static pressure because this unit is designed to work under low pressure loads. It could work in your application if you have sufficient intake air vents and if the CFM meets the requirements of your server cabinet.
