Hello,
This Valve does not require a Power Beyond Valve or Port, if you are needing multiple spools you might consider a different unit. You can go to Prince Hydraulic's web site @ www.princehyd.com there you can see the different configurations of this valve.

I mean that if the mechanism needs to control by the operator's hand during the system operates? or does it have a retention position.

Answer: 
According to the manufacturer, this valve does not have a detent position. Once you remove your hand from the handle, it will spring back to the center position.
