Rated 2 out of 5 by I have had this trimmer for aproximately 1 year. When you can get it running, it does a fine job of trimming but...I have had constant problems starting it and the lever that controls the speed is very imprecise. The description says it has a quick snap spool replacement and that's one of the main reasons I chose it, however everytime I have tried to order the line cartridge I have gotten a roll of loose line instead.I had hoped to buy an easy to use trimmer but this isn't it! Rated 1 out of 5 by Poorly running machine This machine is difficult to start; with one hand you have to hold the throttle button while trying to pull the cord with the other. As soon as it starts, I have to hold it level with the throttle fully depressed or it dies. If there is any rocking of the engine up or down, it dies. I thought maybe this was because the fuel tank was low and it was starving for gas, but this happens with a full tank, and has done so from the first day I used it. I am comtemplating returning it for a credit and would not recommend this item to anyone. March 23, 2012
