Soory to say there is no such thing as a super quiet compressor, some are just quiter than others. This one is one of those quiter ones. I do not have any decible levels on any of my smaller compressors. The Only way to get a real quiet compressor is go with a Screw type, but those start at 25 HP and are $8000.00. sorry .

This compressor has an outlet regulator that can be set to run at your desired pressure of 29 psi.
