Rated 5 out of 5 by Easy to wear, very comfortable It is the best product on the market thus far. I have tried two other competitors and found this product works the best so far. March 15, 2015
Rated 3 out of 5 by Based on almost a decade with the 400DSP models.. I have two 400DSP headsets and they are very different beasts from a build quality perspective. The first one I purchased nearly a decade ago. The second about three years ago now. Both work fine still and sound very good. The difference in the newer model is that is physically smaller, lighter, more "plasticy" feeling, and generally does not fit my head as well. It has fewer size adjustment positions to set the fit. Overall a good headset, but no longer great because of the fit issues in the newer model. The original was an easy five out of five stars! March 5, 2015
Rated 1 out of 5 by Cable quality issue near the volume control The company that I work for has bought several of this model to support our team in our frequent conference calls. Within just a couple of months, several are not working properly any more (one earpiece stops to produce sound). The source of the problem seems to be the cable near the volume control, as I can hear on both earpieces if I twist the cable near the volume control. November 6, 2014
Rated 5 out of 5 by Great Headset!!! I bought this because the ones we are given at work are really uncomfortable. These are so much better. The sound on these are really good and I love that I can turn up and down the volume and mute right on the line to the headset. It would be nice if the line came with a clip on it to be able to clip the volume button where you don't bump it. Otherwise I have no complaints.  May 13, 2014
Rated 1 out of 5 by DOES NOT WORK WITH WINDOWS 7 No Driver is available - neither from Plantronics nor Microsoft!!!!!!! May 2, 2014
Rated 3 out of 5 by great headset, very clear, shame about foam The headset is great, usb connection is a must for macs, very good quality for skype (using it on mac). Shame about foam which disintegrated very quickly and no replacement :-( December 6, 2013
Rated 3 out of 5 by Works for voice recognition Foam covers do disintegrate. I have found no "off the shelf" replacements - it appears I'll have to make some. I have had this model for 10 years and it still works. It is not a noise-canceling headset, but it is a noise-muffling headset. Not uncomfortable to wear, but wish it could be made smaller to fit my head a bit tighter. i like the long cord(for some mobility), though it gets tangled alot. I like inline controls. April 9, 2013
Rated 1 out of 5 by Redesigned model is awful I have two of these - one that is ~7 years old that I love, one that was purchased earlier this year that is terrible. The new model has a different volume control that doesn't work is well. The cord on the newer model is so short I had to purchase an extension to reach from my laptop without needing to crouch over my laptop when using. The new headset itself is smaller, too light (so that it doesn't remain on my head), and very uncomfortable. I'll never buy another of these unless I can find the original. October 12, 2012
