Rated 3 out of 5 by Great sound but horrible design Pros:-Great Sound (the bass if rich enough, for the price)-Very Comfortable for a few hours-At first, held a charge for well over 7-8 hours.Cons:-Can not use them while charging-The USB dongle is about as long as your thumb. This can be a problem if it has to be plugged in somewhere where it can be bumped-If I understand this-there are 2 versions of this headphone.995h and 995h-02. If you happened to have the earlier version (995H) and something happens to your dongle, you are out of luck. The replacement dongle only works with the newer version (.995H-02)I have had these headphone for about 2.5 years. The battery holds a charge now for about 5 hours before needing to be charged. I have the earlier version. My dongle is bent but it is still working. If my dongle goes out or quits working, I'll probably find another headphone with this sound quality but without the cons above,so I wouldn't buy this particular model again. June 26, 2014
Rated 1 out of 5 by Breaks to easy I have had these headphones for 13 months, then the extender in the expansion band broke. They were fairly good before that, just had a limit of 16 foot and they get occasional interference sitting just 2 foot away. If they boosted the signal a little and put some metal in the extenders, these would be excellent. June 19, 2014
Rated 5 out of 5 by I purchased this headset over a year ago. It still functions perfectly and looks brand new, despite the fact that I use it every day. It fits comfortably and does a great job blocking out surrounding noise. My clients often compliment the mic's sound quality. I use it on my laptop, which runs Windows 8. The laptop immediately found the device, and I can travel throughout my entire 3-bedroom apartment with it. April 8, 2014
Rated 1 out of 5 by Very uncomfortable/ Can't change microphone ears This is for work and we use it daily. It is the most uncomfortable headset I have ever used. For me the mic is on backwards and the headband should be behind the ears, not in front. I can't find anyway to change it around.Sound is very clear...but mic needs more noice cancelling as the office is very noicy and I can hear people on the other side of the cubicles better than the person talking. Rated 5 out of 5 by Lasted about four or five years Best set of headphones I've ever had. Sure, they've had some problems the past year, but they kept on working after countless drops, abuse, etc. Just broke the usb plug-in and am actually saddened. Will probably try to get an identical set if I can't find another wireless adapter. Great investment, great quality, long-lasting. February 4, 2014
Rated 1 out of 5 by Very Uncomfortable and interferes with wi-fi This headset has good quality on the sound and mic, but its so uncomfortable that I'm in pain if i use it for more than half an hour. Also it will only plug into 1 USB slot on my laptop because the wi-fi stop working. Also the power button is weird and it was very difficult to turn the headset off when i first used it. I do not recommend this headset to anyone. My previous headset was much better and slightly cheaper. February 3, 2014
Rated 5 out of 5 by great item i never seen before long life i bought this before 2 years it is still good i have to say this is excellent December 10, 2013
Rated 5 out of 5 by Had it for almost a year, still love it. I reviewed this earlier and there is no way to edit previous reviews.  I have owned this headset for nearly a year now and I use it on Google Voice for my primary office phone.  I use it many times per day and it works great.  People that complain about it making weird noises is probably due to their PC or for phone calls, their internet bandwidth performance.  It works perfectly for listening to anything on the PC (I use it on a 64-bit, Windows 7, QuadCore laptop).  To get a bit better distance, I have the USB dongle on about a 4 foot USB extension cord and have the transceiver clipped as high as it will go up a pole lamp next to my desk.  The only times I have any problem at all is on Google Voice phone calls when the audio in either direction sometimes breaks up.  That is not the headsets problem though, that is due to internet access speed issues.  Those times that it crackles or makes voices sound like robots usually only happens for a few seconds or a minute and then it returns to good quality. If it ever breaks, I'll get another.  I still wish I could actually answer a Google Voice call without needing to bring up Chrome, find the GMail tab, and click the answer button.  Pressing one of the buttons on the headset should be able to answer the call.  December 6, 2013

In my office we have standard touchtone phones and due to the noise level are looking for a sound reducing/eliminating headset (preferably wireless) that we can use for conference calls. If this product won't handle that, can you suggest another that can. I'm looking for something in the under $125 price range if that exists.

Thank you

Answer:
Grainger has contacted the product supplier and have been advised by them of the following: as long as you have a phone jack on the back of your phone to plug this into it will work.
