This electronic ballast offers energy savings of up to 25% compared to magnetic models. The NEMA Premium® instant-start ballast is suitable for applications that do not have frequent switching cycles. It's great for when lamp is not switched frequently during normal operation. The light output ballast factor (BF) is typically 0.88 or 1.0 BF.

Answer: 
Yes, you are correct. Per the wiring diagram one side of the ballast has a white, black and 2 yellows. The other side shows 2 blue and 2 red. If you would like a copy of the wiring diagram please call 1-888-361-8649.
