This electronic ballast offers energy savings of up to 25% compared to magnetic models. It features lamp striation circuitry. The starting method affords optimal lamp life. The programmed-start ballast requires a nonshunted socket. It's great for applications with frequent On/Off cycles. The light output ballast factor (BF) is typically 0.88 or 1.0 BF.
