Yes. The 9JG60 Kill-A-Watt EZ does plug into a standard 15Amp, 120VAC, NEMA 5-15R outlet, and then appliance to be checked plugs into the monitor.

Answer: 
Grainger has contacted the product supplier and has been advised by them of the following: A 20 amp unit is not available. A 100 amp, current transformer based unit like the 12V820 would be another type of meter that is available.
