I have an musty like odor coming from my a.c. vents. it ocurrs with a.c. and heat. I have used a coil cleaner and a 50/50 mixture of bleach and water on the coils. the bleach mixture helped but didn't completely eliminate the odor. I change the filters every three months. The unit is a four ton rudd. Will this product fix my problem or do I need to get an alargen free coil? The ducts are clean and the air handler is clean.

Answer:
Grainger has contacted the product supplier and has been advised by them of the following.

This product does not kill mold or bacterias. You may want to try product 1ANJ7. This is a product that is designed to kill bacteria and fungals. It can be sprayed on coils as well as in the ducts through the return air vents.
