Answer: 
Grainger has contacted the product supplier and has been advised by them of the following: SDS and SDS+ is the same thing, but SDS-MAX is a larger shank. SDS/SDS+ bits are an industry standard, and will fit tools from all manufacturers with an SDS drive.
