Rated 5 out of 5 by Super sawzall!!!!! A very powerful saw and very durable. I use this saw. For general construction. It's even been used to prune trees and cut Tree roots. You can feel the difference of and in the power. It's a bit heavy but to be expected with something of this size. A must have for any professional. December 29, 2012
Rated 5 out of 5 by Milwaukee_6538-21_SAWZALL The 6538-21 SAWSZALL is an extremely powerful, versatile reciprocating saw. It serves many purposes and tasks -- but does all well. It is well-balanced, comfortable tool that is never challenged in completing the task at hand. The tool will challenge the operator's ability to hold on to the tool before it will stall on the job -- nothing is too much for it, but it also works quietly comfortably at low RPMs doing small tasks as well. The tool is not lightweight, but the balance is so good that the weight doesn't impact its usefullness except for long periods of continuous work. Milwaukee pioneered in this technology, and the company contines to offer the *absolute* best tool in the world for this purpose. Like many DIY folks, I've tried several other top brands, but none fully compares with Milwaukee, and certainly no tool made by any company is comparable to the 6538-21. This is an outstanding product in every respect. September 26, 2012
