Rated 4 out of 5 by GREAT TOOL! MISSING ONE THING. THE WIRE PULLER IS AWESOME, THE SCREW CUTTER IS A GREAT IDEA ESPECIALLY WHEN I NEED TO CUT DOWN THERMOSTAT ANCHOR CREWS AND THE BLADE IS A BEAST. I HAVE CUT 1/4" ALL THREAD AND SNAPPED THE ALL THREAD AT THE CUT WITH NO CHIPS IN THE BLADE. I HAVE ALSO CUT WOOD SCREWS OUT OF MY WAY O INSTALL AIR HANDLER STANDS. BUT THE MAIN MOUTH WERE YOU WOULD BE ABLE TO GRAB METAL OR SMALL WIRE, ETC. HAS A GAP, AND THAT GAP WILL NOT ALLOW YOU TO GRAB ANYTHING 1/8" OR SMALLER. WHEN I KNOCK OUT A PIECE OF METAL FROM AN AIR HANDLER TO PUT A PLASTIC PLUG I CANNOT GRAB THE METAL. WHEN I AM PULLING A THERMOSTAT WIRE OR ANY 18 GAUGE WIRE IN A TIGHT PLACE I CANNOT GRAB IT. THATS WHY I ALWAYS HAVE MY YELLOW HANDLE KLEINS IN MY POCKET. IF MILWAUKEE FIXES THIS, THESE ARE THE BEST ON THE MARKET HANDS DOWN. ALSO THE RAIN DOSE NOT STOP ME FROM GETTING A RESTURANT OR HOSPITAL FROM RUNNING AND THESE BAD BOYS ARE SHOWING NO MORE SURFACE RUST THAN MY KLEINS. July 27, 2013
Rated 5 out of 5 by Probably my favorite tool... I do HVAC and when I go under a house to remove old duct I ALWAYS carry this tool... I've found it to be ideal for yanking nails out of boards to avoid puncturing my head or other body parts. It will also cut through any wires that might be in my way. Excellent tool with a 1001 uses... and I didn't even mention how useful the tool is when wiring up an air handler and outdoor unit. I use it more than any other tool when on the job. LOVE IT! Rated 4 out of 5 by great lineman's but get rusty very fast. I was very pleased with the producted. The only set back was that ive had them for only a month and there starting to get extremly rusty already. July 27, 2012
Rated 3 out of 5 by Overall I like it, but...... Definitely an overall good concept. I like the vesitility of the lineman pliers with the fish tape puller, the reamer, and bolt cutter. However, as of late the bolt cutters seem to be less effective. I am not getting that clean straight cut that I became accustomed to when I first purchased the pliers. Hopefully a future version would prove to be more durable. Though I would recommend the brand as a whole, I would definitely have to warn or advise friends, co-workers, or family of it's lack of durability. June 27, 2012
Rated 5 out of 5 by strong, sturdy and efficient I really love how this tool looks and feels but above all that its versatile. When I'm working with emt i can rim it without searching for the right tool i just pull out the linesman. When im pulling the fish and looking for that extra grip it does more then the job. Then i do the the connection and close the box. I just love the fact that im not looking threw my tools all the time trying to find the right one. February 16, 2012
