Rated 4 out of 5 by Versatile and Handy Very well balanced, easy to use in both directions, can go through most materials in an appropriate amount of time. Could use a slightly larger cooling area, and the possibility of a more powerful motor would do wonders for harder projects that a normal SawZall would not fit into. September 19, 2013
Rated 5 out of 5 by Big things come in small packages!!! Did an awesomeob cutting 1/2" - 1" EMT on a stadium A/V expansion I worked on, needed a saw in tight spaces and the Hackzall delivered!!! Definitely reccomend!!! September 7, 2013
Rated 5 out of 5 by Great first impression I've only had the m12 fuel hammer drill for a few hours but so far it's made a great impression. It's weight and size vs power is awesome. I even tried a 3 5/8" hole saw on pine and did fine. 7/8 ideal paddle bit with the threaded tip went though a 2x4 like butter. The belt clip is going to be great for ladder work. Even tried the hammer drill. Unfortunately only had an 1/8"masonry bit I buried it in no t time March 31, 2013
Rated 5 out of 5 by Does all I need it to do I maintain several high end homes and have used the Bosch 12volt system up to now. In the past I have been less than happy with Milwaukee batteries, but this 12 volt system changes all that. I find myself reaching for the Milwaulkee over the Bosch now and am very impressed with the quality of construction of the Milwaukee tools (I recently bought the 12 volt jigsaw that uses the same batteries). When it comes to cordless tools it's all about the quality of the batteries and these new 12volts are awesome. I am not fond of plastic cases and have purchased a heavy canvas carry case for this and the jigsaw. November 27, 2012
Rated 4 out of 5 by Small but efficient I like that tool because only one hand is required to use it. For small jobs or if you need to hold something with your other hand at the same time, it is very convenient. I do like the m12 products (m18 as well). The only thing that i don't like so much is the tool "behaviour" while i'm trying to cut something; the blade often stick to the target and then shake rather than cutting the piece unless I apply a lot of pressure on the tool. Other than that, everything is perfect. June 8, 2012
Rated 5 out of 5 by For the Pool and Hot tub Pro! Working on Pool and hot tub equipment has become eaiser that ever when I switched to the XC battery! Before that it was better as a door stop. Was able to replumb a pool system (Cutting 1.5" plumbing) and then cut a 30" sand filter in half before the XC battery was tired! You got my business! Thank you! Chaz C. Hanna May 16, 2012
Rated 5 out of 5 by Compact and powerful This saw got a workout during my main-floor bathroom renovation, where it simply excelled. The compact design is great, it has plenty of power and the LED was handy when working in wall cavities and under the old tub. April 8, 2012
