Rated 4.8 out of 5 by 20reviewers.
Rated 5 out of 5 by Great tool, very good power I'm coming off my older 14.4V drill, this new Milwaukee kick's its butt. First time I used the hammer drill portion, I wasn't prepared for the torque and it about took me off the ladder. Sounds silly but true. I'm no professional builder, etc. just an average joe home guy, and this thing is plenty great for me. June 3, 2015
Rated 4 out of 5 by Plenty of Power; Good Battery Life This is a good, solid tool. When driving 2 inch, #8 screws through subflooring to eliminate squeaks, the recharge time was about the same as the battery life. I like the way it fits my hand; I have large hands. Plenty of power, good control, the clutch is easy to use. The one big annoyance that I have with this drill is the forward-neutral-reverse switch isn't positive action. There is a good solid, audible and tactile click into position but it is possible to have that switch clicked over to forward and not be able to pull the trigger until the switch is pushed ALL THE WAY to the left. I'm tempted to spend some time with a file on its innards to see if I can fix that. Today there was a little wonkiness with the chuck. I was mounting some curtain rods and had trouble loosening the chuck to change bits. There was a sort of clicking/grinding noise but the jaws didn't move. I was able to tighten it by running the drill slowly. The chuck can get pretty tight when it's exposed to heavy loads but I think that is to be expected. May 13, 2015
Rated 5 out of 5 by NO COMPARISON - BEST I'VE EVER OWNED Would recommend to everyone. You can't beat Milwaukee Tools. April 30, 2015
Rated 5 out of 5 by Nice piece of equipment This is the nicest hammer drill I have used. It is very smooth operating. The brushless motor reduces operating temperature considerably and saves battery power. I have used Dewalt, B&D, Makita, Hitachi and several other brands and I now prefer the Milwaukee brand. The chuck does not loosen as it does in some of the other brands. April 30, 2015
