This Tri-onic® SmartSpot® fuse is engineered for overcurrent protection of motors and transformers, service entrance equipment, feeders, and branch circuits.

It features a solid-state, smart-spot indicator, as well as a time-delay feature to prevent opening during motor start-ups and transformer inrush currents. It also features current limiting for low-peak, let-thru currents and rejection-style design to prevent replacement errors when used with recommended fuse blocks.

Its easy-to-read label offers quick recognition and replacement. Its metal-embossed date and catalog number also help to provide traceability and lasting identification. The fiberglass body provides dimensional stability in harsh industrial settings, and the silica filler ensures fast arc quenching and high-current limitation.
