Answer: 
This switch has a 1 to 60 Minute Time Delay Setting which can operate as follows:

To turn fan and light on for continuous operation, move paddle switch upwards to the ON position. Move paddle switch downwards to the TIME position to turn the light off. The fan will stay on for the timing cycle (as set by the dial which is hidden by the wall plate).

According to the manufacturer, this switch will work in single gang or multi-gang installations and will fit a plate with a standard toggle style opening.

Answer: 
It is possible, depending on the voltage rating and how your ceiling sensor is wired.

An occupancy sensor will activate a light when it senses motion and go off after a set time period when it no longer senses motion.

This switch requires one to flip the light switch on when entering the room and will allow the lights to remain on for a set period of time when the user flips the switch off.
