Rated 5 out of 5 by My first job for this sander was cabinets & doors to be repainted and a foosball table. The unit is comfortable to handle and I could hold it easily with one hand for edge work where I needed to hold the piece with my off hand. I like the speed control switch and the cord is a decent length. I could do some work without an extension cord. The backup pad has a nice edge and I could work it into a hinge gap reasonably well.Comes with a nice plastic case for the tool, but plan on keeping sandpaper somewhere else.Seems to pull dust very efficiently. Some of the sanding was done right in the kitchen (cabinets) and there was no mess to speak of. I'm not even considering a vacuum attachment at this time. All in all, I'm happy with this tool.Assembled in the USA. September 9, 2012
