Horizontal- and Side-Mount Liquid Level Switches
Switches are easily converted from High to Low alarm or Pump Up to Pump Down operation by rotating them 180°. They mount to the outside of a tank or vessel using an NPT coupling, or to the inside using a bulkhead fitting (UNC/UNF). Dependable, encapsulated magnetically coupled dry reed switch delivers more than 5 million switching cycles at rated electrical load to control motor starters, contactors, solenoids, and relays. Styles and materials are available for a broad range of conditions.

Grainger shows this to be a Madison M5010, but it's priced higher than the Madison web site, making me wonder if the model number is wrong, or if the specifications on the Grainger site is accurate and this unit in fact has a higher temp rating than the standard M5010.

Answer: 
The model number is correct and the temperature is accurate and the price from Madison is because it is being sold direct from Madison not sold through a distributer.
