Note: if you are talking about self-ballasted screw-in replacement CFL bulbs, then Lutron offers a line of CL dimmers that are rated to handle these types of bulbs. Again, you will want to make sure the bulb is rated as dimmable, and also that it appears on Lutron’s compatible bulb list, found on www.lutron.com/cflled.
